  • Don’t Drink Alcohol: Stay away from a night out drinking wine with dinner because our bodies are not meant for frequent alcohol intake. Alcohol negatively affects our gut health.
  • Don’t Eat Junk: Junk meals and sodas have high sugar harming digestive health and skin. Sugar alone is not a good thing to add to your diet for various reasons including good skin.
  • Don’t Stay Up Late: You are a night owl and think it is cool right?  But little do you know it makes the skin look dull and does not let the body heal. This resting phase is important because it helps the body get rid of toxins that are harmful to the skin.

  • Do Meditation to Reduce Stress: Stress as you know is already bad for the body, gut, and skin. All are directly connected. Doing breathing exercises and meditation is known to help the body destress.
